WiFi 6 is the standard for today's devices, and this router stays fully backward compatible with WiFi 5 and earlier, so nothing already in your home needs replacing. Pairs with your existing modem or ISP gateway via ethernet. Compatible with most cable, fiber, DSL, and satellite internet providers. Some ISP gateways may require bridge mode before setup. Setup runs through the free Nighthawk app in a few guided steps, with browser setup available as an alternative. A separate guest network keeps visitor traffic isolated from your main network. WPA3 encryption and automatic firmware updates keep the network protected at no additional cost.
