  • PRODUCT FEATURES: The flush-mounted design of the blade with the worktable helps ensure stability and safety during cutting, resulting in more uniform and precise straight cuts. This bandsaw replacement parts insert primarily protects the main worktable, reducing wear and tear from prolonged use and extending its lifespan. It effectively prevents sawdust from accumulating in the blade grooves, keeping the cutting area clean and thus improving cutting accuracy.
  • INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: First, remove the old blade and clean the sawdust and debris from the blade slot. Then, insert the new blade into the slot, adjusting the blade height to be flush with or slightly below the workbench to prevent hook-shaped bending when cutting wood. NOTES: If the locating pin on the workbench is loose or missing, the blade mounting slot may gradually close over time, causing a slight reduction in the insertion hole diameter. In this case, gently tap the blade mounting slot with a flathead screwdriver to pry it open, allowing easy insertion of the blade.
