ST3P timer relays are used in all fields (industry, house, plant etc.) need controlls related to the time.
Usage and Working Principle
Make the connections according to the diagram.
make the connection according to the diagram. adjust the delaying time by the knob. Energizethe device. Device will count the stand by time. Power led gets on when the counting occurs. During this step contact output is (NC) 4 and (NC) 5. After the time is uprelay led gets on and contact out put gets into(NO) 3 and (NO) 6. Untill it is de-energized device remains the same.
ST3PA-A: 0.5sec. / 5sec. / 30sec. / 3min.
ST3PA-B: 1sec. / 10sec. / 60sec. / 6min.
ST3PA-C: 5sec. / 50sec. / 5min. / 30min.
ST3PA-D: 10sec. / 100sec. / 10min. / 60min.
ST3PA-E: 60sec. / 10min. / 60min. / 6hours.
ST3PA-F: 2min. / 20min. / 2hours / 12hours.
ST3PA-G: 4min. / 40min. / 4hours. / 24hours.
Maintenance
Switch off the device and release from connections. Clean the trunk of device with a swab. Don't use any conductor or chemical
might damage the device. Make sure device works after cleaning
Warnings
use the device according to the manual.
Don't use the device in wet.
Include a switch and circuit breaker in the assembly.
Put the switch and circuit breaker nearby the device, operator can reach easily.
Mark the switch and circuit breaker as releasing connection for device.
