The "N7" logo is from a combat suit from the game Mass Effect. It's one of my favorite games and I think the logo looks cool. The ring width is about 8mm (a little over quarter of an inch), the best gift for video game fans. It's just an example of what I create for you, any other symbol/logo can be engraved as well.
