  • CHOOSE A FINGER – Our smart ring works on all fingers and can be worn on either hand. Make sure to size the exact finger you plan to wear the ring on. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your smart ring on your index, middle, or ring finger.
  • WEAR TEST FOR 24 HOURS – Your fingers expand and contract based on temperature, activity, and other environmental factors. We recommend wearing the ring sizer for at least 24 hours – including during sleep, exercise, and everyday tasks – to confirm your best fit. Your ring should not rotate easily as you go about your normal routine.
  • FIND YOUR SNUG FIT – The ring should fit snugly around the base of your finger, but not to the point where it's uncomfortable. When sizing yourself, the ring sizer must fit over the largest part of your finger (like your knuckle) while still sitting securely at the base without rotating during normal daily activities.
  • SIZES 6 TO 13 – UNIQUE SIZING – Our smart ring is available in whole sizes only, ranging from size 6 to size 13 (no half sizes available). so you should not assume your usual ring size. Always use this official sizing kit and follow the included instructions.
  • MATERIALS & COMFORT NOTE – The sizing rings in this kit are made of plastic to help you find the correct size. Your actual smart ring will be crafted from more premium, skin‑friendly materials and may feel more comfortable than the plastic sizer. Due to the plastic mold used to make our ring sizers, they may seem less comfortable than the actual ring you'll end up receiving.
