Use this tool to:
Rotate the engine to align timing marks.
Position the crankshaft for TDC (Top Dead Center).
Turn the engine during assembly or diagnostic checks.
Easy to Use:
1. Align the 12mm pin on T40058 with the corresponding hole in the pulley.
2. Insert the tool firmly into the pulley until it is fully seated.
3. Attach a driving tool (1/2" drive ratchet, breaker bar, or torque wrench) to the 1/2" square drive end, then rotate the crankshaft clockwise (engine's normal rotation direction).
Alternative: A 24mm wrench can be used on the hex end if a ratchet is not suitable for the workspace.
