Characteristics:
1. Wide range of hardness. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness.
2. High strength. Compared to rubber, the tensile strength, tear strength and load-bearing capacity of polyurethane are much higher than those of rubber. At high hardness, its impact strength and flexural strength are much higher than those of plastics
3. Wear-resistant. It is very wear-resistant, about 3-5 times more resistant than rubber.
4. Oil resistant. Polyurethane sheet is a highly polar polymer compound with little affinity for non-polar mineral oils and is almost not eroded in fuel oil and motor oil.
5. Good oxygen resistance, ozone resistance, not easy to be oxidized.
6. Excellent anti-vibration performance, can absorb vibration, can be used for vibration damping and cushioning. In the mold making industry, it replaces rubber and springs.
7. It has good machinability. (It can be processed by lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, etc.) You can machine it into any shape.
