1set Height Adjustable Universal Power Head Bracket for Stable Drilling and Tapping Operations

Installation Steps
1. Location Selection: Choose a site with a level and solid ground, and keep it away from vibration sources to avoid affecting the processing precision.
2. Installation of Base Feet: Install the base feet at the bottom of the bracket according to the assembly instructions, and ensure that the base feet are firmly fixed.
3. Installation of Column: Install the column vertically. The perpendicularity deviation must be ≤0.5° to guarantee the stability of subsequent components.
4. Installation of Universal Bracket Body: Connect the universal bracket body to the top of the column, and check it to ensure it rotates flexibly without jamming.
5. Installation of Power Head: Fasten the power head to the universal bracket body with bolts according to the equipment's hole positions, and verify the levelness of the power head.
6. Angle Adjustment: Loosen the adjusting bolts, adjust the power head to the required angle, and then retighten the bolts to fix the angle.
7. Safety Inspection: Conduct a no-load test run to confirm that there is no looseness of components or abnormal noise before formal use.

Operation and Maintenance
Before use, check whether all components are firmly connected. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
Regularly clean away dust and oil stains on the bracket, and apply lubricating oil to moving parts every 3 months.
If looseness or abnormal noise is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspecting and eliminating potential hazards.
For long-term non-use, cover the bracket with a dust cover and store it in a dry and well-ventilated place.
