Considerations:

1. Serious stain glass pieces available dilute sulfuric acid cleaning.　　　

2. Check the degree of wear of the sealing ring, and replacement of wearing part in time, to ensure the vacuum degree of the equipment.　　　

3. Cleaning PTFE discharge valve frequently. To avoid blinding and pollution to the material.

4. Be careful to the disassembly , clean and movement of the equipment.

5. Precious materials, there must be a test to make sure the equipment is suitable for requirements.

6. Power off when the reaction is completed.
