Description

How to use
1. The overlap size of the TFE roll ring and the tape at the head of the sharp edge tester cannot exceed 0.1in (0.25mm).
2. Fixed - the side of the test cannot move or bend.
3. When the assembled toy can be retracted to one end for experiment, the sample should be removed for testing, but if removing it will affect its hardness, other objects can be used to harden it, but its support area cannot be larger than the object being tested.
4. The angle between the tester and the test end face is 90 degrees.
5. At the contact point, the contact point between the edge of the test object and the tape should be aligned with the middle of the tape.
6. The tester should be tested in the most unfavorable position.
7. Sharp edge tester, force is 1.35 pounds (6N).
8. The force applied to the tape position should be light, and the edge test pressure is 1.35 pounds.
9. Sharp edge tester, start the switch shaft to rotate one circle.
10. Be careful not to cut the tape to expand its size, use a ruler to measure the length of its cut.
