Description

The shrink tunnel packaging machine delivers reliable heat shrink packaging for small businesses, e-commerce operations, and home use.
Powered by 5500W at 220V, it features quartz far-infrared heating tubes that evenly shrink PVC and POF films (0.02–0.06mm thick) at optimal temperatures—110–130°C for PVC and 120–180°C for POF—with heating times as short as 5 seconds.
The machine supports a maximum package size of 15.75"×7.87" and handles loads up to 22 lb. Its mesh conveyor belt runs at an adjustable speed of 0–32.8 ft/min, allowing precise control for consistent results.
An enlarged furnace chamber and transparent viewing window enable real-time monitoring of the shrink process. Safety is enhanced with an independent overload protector, while the digital control panel offers accurate temperature adjustment and LED status indicators.
