Description

This 220V Shrink Tunnel Packaging Machine is constructed with durable iron spray paint, while maintaining a compact footprint of 43.3" x 18.5" x 24". It handles products up to 11.81" x 5.9" and supports a maximum load of 22 lb.
The 4500W heating system uses quartz far-infrared tubes to deliver precise temperatures,110–130°C for PVC film and 120–180°C for POF film.With optimal shrinking achieved in just 5–12 seconds, depending on film thickness (0.02–0.06 mm). The conveyor speed is fully adjustable from 0 to 32.8 ft/min, allowing customization for different packaging needs.
Designed with user safety and performance in mind, the unit includes an overload protector, independent upper and lower zone temperature controls, and active heat dissipation via exhaust vents and an internal cooling fan. Ideal for bundling multi-piece items or tray packaging, this shrink tunnel packaging machine ensures sealed, moisture-resistant, and impact-protected results.
