What is V-Groove wheel?

1. Heat treatment:
The surface of the V-guided rail is hardened and the surface hardness is up to HRC60.
The hardness of the V-slot surface of the V-wheel bearings is also hardened on the surface, reaching HRC60, and by ensuring the wear resistance of the components, this ensures a long service life of the entire V-guided roller linear rail system.
2: Precision processing:
V-bearing V-shaped grooves, precision-processed, can be precisely combined with V-guided rails to ensure high speed and smoothness of straight-line motion.
3. Assembly process:V-type roller bearings, the use of processing technology, is directly processed on the outer ring V-type groove, the entire V-type bearing has a good rigidity. At present, some factories use another assembly process: procurement of general-purpose bearings, the use of over-the-top fit, sleeve, this design, after the assembly of the bearing slot is not easy to control, because the collar is added to the back, in the case of high-speed and heavy-duty, easy to loose situation, the use of compartments to prevent the bearing outer ring and the collar between the axial movement.So you can't afford a large axial load.
4. Sealing and lubrication:
