Q1: Won't power on?
A: ①Check the battery switch inside the compartment is ON. ②Charge if the battery icon is red. ③Try powering it through the USB cable. If it only starts on USB, the battery needs replacing.
Q2: Screen frozen?
A: Slide battery switch inside the compartment OFF → wait 10 s → slide back ON. Avoid rapid button presses while the device is saving. Still stuck? Back up files, then Settings → 11 (factory reset). We're here if you need help.
