Description

This natural agate mortar is made of high-purity agate, with inner diameter 30-120mm in multiple sizes. It's wear and corrosion resistant, with no impurities during grinding, suitable for lab grinding in multiple industries. Note the temperature should not exceed 100℃.

Precautions
Do not come into contact with hydrofluoric acid
After washing with water, do not put it directly in the oven to dry
When preheating at high temperature, it must be preheated slowly outside the furnace first, and then put into the muffle furnace for medium temperature calcination
After use, it should be washed with clean water first. If there are stains, it can be soaked and cleaned with a brush. Then rinse it with clean water and dry it. If it is not clean, you can add a small amount of detergent, soak the mortar and dry it, then wash it with clean water. Do not use a brush to scrub the inner wall forcefully
Do not grind substances with excessive hardness. When grinding such substances, try not to press them in the middle of the mortar to avoid scratching the surface
When grinding, do not place the mortar on an unstable surface. The size of the mortar and pestle should match. When grinding large particles of brittle materials, do not press them hard to avoid breaking the mortar or pestle. When grinding non-brittle and tough materials, place a small piece of filter paper at the bottom of the mortar first, then put the material into the mortar and start grinding. Do not press the pestle vertically
The amount of material placed in the mortar should not exceed 1/3 of its volume
