Description

Molykote 4 Electrical Insulating Silicone Grease is a high-performance product designed for industrial and electronic applications. Formulated with premium silicone technology, it provides exceptional waterproofing, low volatility, and high insulation properties. Ideal for use in harsh environments, Molykote DC4 is perfect for sealing and lubricating metal-on-polymer and metal-on-rubber components, as well as electrical connectors and terminals.

Technical Specifications:
NLGI Grade: 2-3 (suitable for applications requiring a semi-flowable consistency).
Color: Translucent White.
Temperature Range: -54°C to +200°C (-65°F to +392°F).
Thickener: Silica.

Performance:
High dielectric strength.
Excellent moisture resistance and water repellency.
Good thermal oxidation stability.
No intentional PTFE or PFAS (polytetrafluoroethylene or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances).
