Description

✨Quartz fiber cotton is composed of pure quartz fibers and does not contain any binders. It is amorphous, continuous, in a tufted form, white, odorless, and has no volatile components. The irregularity in the length, shape, and arrangement of the fibers gives quartz fiber cotton a curled appearance, preventing the compression of the filling material and enhancing the insulation performance; it is a good alternative product to high-silicon oxide fiber cotton, ceramic fiber cotton, and basalt fiber cotton.
✨Product performance:
✨ 1. Quartz glass wool can be used continuously at 1350℃, and the short-term usage temperature can reach 1500℃. The theoretical physical temperature is 1700℃.
✨ 2. It has excellent resistance to thermal shock, low thermal conductivity, and a curled shape that reduces excessive compression during construction due to filling.
