Description

The high pressure air regulator, designed for compressed air systems, features a 1/4" NPT port size and can handle an operating pressure range of 0-180 PSI, with a maximum working pressure of 230 PSI. It operates effectively within a temperature range of 0-60°C (32-140°F).
The regulator's self locking mechanism ensures stable pressure adjustment, preventing external interference. Its modular design allows flexible installation and pressure adjustment. Proper installation requires cleaning ports, avoiding reverse flow, and ensuring the water cup is downward to facilitate drainage.
It is recommended to install near the gas device rather than the compressor. Regular maintenance, such as draining condensed water and checking the protective cover, is essential for optimal performance and safety.
