AWT-380 Pinless Moisture Meter is designed for fast, safe, and non-destructive moisture detection in residential environments.

Using pinless sensing technology, it can quickly identify excess moisture caused by leaks, flooding, or humidity without damaging surfaces. With readings delivered within 1 second and a scanning speed of two scans per second, it allows efficient and repeatable checks across large areas.

With a measuring depth of up to 0.79 in (20 mm), the AWT-380 can detect moisture in walls, floors, furniture, and common building materials without drilling or leaving pin holes. This makes it suitable for inspecting basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and other moisture-prone areas, as well as for checking wood and drywall conditions.

The device features a USB Type-C rechargeable battery, eliminating the need for disposable batteries. Its energy-efficient design supports everyday tasks such as home moisture inspections, firewood checks, and routine maintenance.

A clear color display shows moisture readings, battery status, and alarm indicators at a glance. The maximum value hold, data hold, and data storage functions help users better understand moisture distribution across different areas, making it easier to locate potential leak sources, damp walls, or insufficiently dried wood.

For added flexibility, the AWT-380 includes adjustable visual and audible alarms that activate automatically when moisture levels exceed the preset threshold. Alarm thresholds can be customized, and the audible alert can be turned off when working in quiet environments or during extended inspections.
