Description

The TaqMan Fast Universal PCR Master Mix is supplied without UNG. You should separately add AmpEraseUNG to reactions, along with an initial 2-minute cycling step at 50°C. If you prefer a master mix with pre-added UNG, use the TaqMan Fast Advanced Master Mix.
