Special Features

  • High Quality Material - The rotary evaporator adopts high borosilicate GG3.3 glass, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and temperature fluctuation resistance, better reducing the impact of temperature gradient stress and stronger fracture resistance. The stainless steel SUS304 water oil dual-purpose bath pot heats quickly and evenly.
  • Vacuum System-The rotary evaporator adopts a composite seal of polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber, which can maintain high vacuum. It is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge, which has high measurement accuracy, fast reaction speed, and real-time display of vacuum value.
  • Non Stop Feeding - Our rotary evaporator is equipped with an easy-to-use vacuum release and continuous feeding system between the sub condenser and the receiving bottle with an automatic switching device, allowing the solvent to be continuously sucked into the rotary flask without stopping the operation.
  • Maintenance - For the glass accessories of the rotary evaporator, severe dirt can be cleaned with dilute sulfuric acid; Regularly check the wear level of the sealing ring, replace the sealing ring in a timely manner, and ensure vacuum; PTFE interface: generally does not require cleaning, but severe dirt can be removed and cleaned.

Description

The rotary evaporator is heated at a constant temperature under vacuum conditions, causing the rotary bottle to rotate at a uniform speed. The material forms a large area of thin film on the surface of the bottle and evaporates efficiently. High temperature steam will cool and return to the receiving bottle when it encounters the condenser. Especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are prone to high-temperature decomposition and spoilage. Mainly used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biopharmaceutical industries for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery.
