Inspection and measurement process
Note:
1. Before use: Thread plug gauge should be checked and qualified by relevant inspection and metrological institutions before being put into production site use.
2. Use: should pay attention to the test thread tolerance class and deviation code and thread plug gauge mark tolerance class, the deviation code is the same.
3. After the thread plug gauge is finished, clean and measure part of the attachment should be cleaned and stored in the specified quantity box. The production site should be placed in the position of the craft fixed position and light gently, so as to prevent the bump and damage the measuring surface. It is strictly forbidden to force screw threads into threads as cutting tools to avoid early wear and en-sure the accuracy of measuring tools.
