The griddle, equipped with two "U" burners providing 40,000 BTU, ensures even and efficient heat distribution for large-scale cooking.
  • RELIABLE COOKING PERFORMANCE: The range features two 30,000 BTU burners with 12" x 12" cast iron grates, and a single 30,000 BTU standard oven with a temperature range of 250 to 550 degrees F. The oven is equipped with manual temperature control and includes two oven racks. The insulated stainless steel oven door with a ceramic interior coating enhances heat retention and cooking efficiency.
  • EASY MAINTENANCE: The range includes 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and height customization. The full-width removable drip pan tray simplifies cleanup, while the kick plate at the bottom allows for easy access during servicing.
