The Curved Ruck Plate was built with you in mind. The purpose of a weight vest was never to make it harder to breathe. We cut a hole in our plates to take the weight off your diaphragm and give you some breathing room. This means better breathing during tough workouts and better recovery between sets. Then we added the swimmer's cut and lowered neckline with movement in mind for the best weight vest for the most dynamic exercises. We finished the plates off with a powder coating to combat rust and stand the test of time. The plates are compatible with our Rucking Weight Vest ONLY. They're sold in pairs for total weights (with the vest) of 14 and 20 lbs.
