Sealant may partially solidify during shipping due to extreme cold weather or other factors. If you encounter this upon receiving your order, we recommend the following solution or contacting customer service for assistance. Method: Prepare a basin of warm water at 30-40°C (feels warm to the touch but not hot). Water temperature must not exceed 50°C. Never use boiling or hot water. Submerge the sealant container in the water, ensuring the liquid level covers two-thirds of the bottle. Do not unscrew the cap. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes, gently swirling the bottle occasionally (do not shake vigorously) to aid melting. Once fully thawed, remove and wipe the bottle dry
