Special Features

  • Just by installing this extension, you can easily convert the ordinary motor into a motor with polishing function, and the operation is very simple.
  • For more portable use, we designed 2 reducers for this extension. The first arbor reducer can achieve compatibility with 1/2" and 5/8" motor threaded spindles; the second arbor reducer can convert a 5/8" center hole cloth polishing wheel, airway polishing wheel, grinding wheel or wire brush wheel to a 1/2" hole to fit a 1/2" threaded shaft.Our threaded shaft is a standard 1/2" thread, which fits better with the 1/2" polishing wheel.
  • Widely used: After installing the extension shaft, the distance between the polishing wheel and the motor can be kept large enough to polish larger products. The distance between the two washers is up to 1.2 inch, which allows you to easily assemble polishing wheels of various thicknesses.
  • More secure: We designed 4 screw holes for the extension piece and equipped it with 4 machine screws, which can make the motor more secure when working. It is also equipped with a lock nut. After locking, the polishing wheel will not slip or loosen easily, even at high speed of the motor.
  • The motor extension parts in this set are available in left and right versions, one for left-hand and one for right-hand. The nuts and screws are also distinguished by left-hand and right-hand threads, so they can be used with both left-hand and right-hand motors, making them more widely applicable.
