1 unit aluminum oil filter housing cover with O-ring replacement for a poorly designed stock plastic oil filter cap.
This a commonly used part for this 6 cyl 1.4/1.6/1.8L engine series and they always seem to snap during oil change. You have to pull the old cartridge straight out from the cap, or you will damage the upper portion of the filter housing. Even pulling it straight out sometimes damages it. so you need this redesigned aluminum oil filter cap.
Fits 2009-2011 Aveo (1.6L), 2011-2016 Cruze (NOT for 2.0L), 2012-2020 Sonic (1.4L,1.8L), 2015-2021 Trax (1.4L,1.8L).
Also fits 2013-2021 Encore (1.4L), 2009-2010 G3 (1.6L), 2008-2009 Astra (1.8L).
