  • In the event the pump is unresponsive or fails to run upon startup, promptly disconnect it from the power source to prevent motor burnout due to excessive heat. The root cause is usually a stuck scraper within the pump head. To address this, disassemble the pump head, rotate the rotor to free it, and clear out any blockage.
