Special Features

  • Compatibility：Compatible with Harley-Davidson EFI systems on selected 2000–2022 models, including Street Glide, Road King, Softail, and Sportster series (excluding Fits V-Rod). Intended for motorcycles that use Fuel Tool check valve O-rings and male fuel line end O-rings.
  • Complete O-ring kit: This kit combines two commonly used replacement seals and includes 3 sets of fuel tool O-rings (9 pieces total). Six are for the fuel tool check valve, and three are for the fuel line male. Wearing O-rings can be replaced without replacing the entire assembly, facilitating maintenance and spare parts replacement while helping to reduce maintenance costs.
  • High-Quality FKM Material: All quick-release fuel line O-rings are made of high-temperature resistant FKM rubber, offering excellent oil resistance and high-temperature performance. Each component undergoes rigorous manufacturer testing to ensure reliable performance.
  • Troubleshooting: If there is leakage at the fuel line connection or the connector seal is aged, hardened, or leaking, it is usually necessary to replace the male fuel line end O-ring. to seal the quick-connect male and prevent external leakage. If there is a pressure drop, difficulty starting in cold weather, or slight leakage at the inspection valve, the check valve O-ring should be replaced to prevent fuel backflow and maintain stable system pressure.
  • Easy Installation: Installation is very simple. Simply remove the worn O-ring and then install the new O-rings in sequence. You can use common tools such as a flathead screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, and a small wrench to remove and install the parts.
