  • PROBLEM & SOLUTION Addresses the common failure point where the factory lever arm separates from the shaft. This failure causes intake runner malfunction, boost leaks, a check engine light, and a significant drop in engine performance.
  • SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION The repair is straightforward: simply remove the engine cover and air intake, locate the runner flap lever arm, install the spacer and aluminum cap, and fasten it with the three provided set screws using the included Allen key.
  • ENGINEERED FOR RELIABILITY The durable aluminum fix cap is secured by three evenly positioned set screws that lock onto the intake manifold's webbing. This creates a permanent connection, preventing the lever arm from ever disconnecting again.
