  • Hard hot-start problems in 6.0 for Powerstroke engines often stem from leaks in the high-pressure oil system that powers fuel injectors. Leaks may occur at the high-pressure oil pump, IPR valve, STC fitting, branch tubes, standpipes, dummy plugs, oil rail ball tube o-rings, or injector inlet seals. This diagnostic tool helps locate the exact leak source, addressing hot-start failures caused by insufficient 520 PSI system pressure
