Sparkle Dust are100% Edible and are ideal for use with gumpaste or rolled fondant. Intended for use in the dry form, they may also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting Sparkle Dust produces deep colors of varying hues and offers a realistic look when brushed onto fondant/gumpaste, chocolate, pulled sugar/isomalt and more.
