It can support a maximum weight of 88 lbs. This drop down motorized TV mount can be installed on single-stud walls as well as 8/12/16 inch wood studs wall, concrete walls, and brick walls.   • Height Adjustable Pull Down TV Mount: When fully lowered, this motorized TV wall mount measures 17.7 inches in height. Including the extended TV mounting bar, the total height is 34.9 inches, with a distance from the wall of 18.5 inches. The full lowering process completes in 23 seconds. When fully retracted, the distance from the wall is 6.3 inches. When installing above a fireplace, measure the fireplace depth. Different fireplace depths require installation at varying heights above the fireplace, resulting in different TV assembly dimensions and required vertical space.   • Motorized TV Mount with Remote: The remote control can be effectively used within a distance of 100 ft. There are four buttons on the remote control: up, down, stop, and memory function. Press the left button on the back of the remote control for 6 seconds, and a long beep indicates that all settings have been cleared and returned to factory defaults.

  • Reset to Factory Settings Function: Long press the button on the left side of the back of the remote control for 6 seconds. After hearing a long beep, it indicates that the memory/limit position settings have been completely cleared and the factory settings have been restored.
