If you find that the controller is not compatible with Xbox, please don't worry. This is caused by a recent system update on the console. Here's the Fix: Switch to Key Group 2: Connect the controller and the receiver to the Xbox console. 1. Press and hold VIEW + X + A for 3 seconds. 2. The controller and receiver will disconnect, the LED will flash slowly, then reconnect and the LED will stay solid. If the controller works normally in Key Group 2, there's no need to switch to Key Group 3. If it still doesn't work, please continue and switch to Key Group 3. Switch to Key Group 3: 1. Press and hold VIEW + Y + B for 3 seconds. 2. The process is the same as above.
If none of the three key groups work, please send us a message and we'll help resolve the issue for you. Charging Tips: For optimal performance and battery safety, we recommend charging the controller via a PC or game console USB port, or using a 5V/2A (or lower) power adapter.
