Installation is very simple with a little thread seal tape. The compression sleeve offers enough flexibility to connect with various pipe brands - both name brand blue pipe and off-brand pipe; connection between 1/2NPT and 3/4 inch tube&sealed perfectly.
Install: Bevel the inside of the piping by inserting the reaming tool and rotating it. Remove nuts and split ring from fittings and place on piping; Push the fitting onto the piping and fully against the shoulder of the fitting; Turn the nut finger tight. Put a reference mark on the nut and fitting body; Tighten nut with wrench a minimum of 3/4 of a turn or until tight.
