The Fulton 6" & 10" Forstner Bit Extension Set is the perfect solution when standard forstner bits aren't long enough for your project. Designed with a precision-machined extension chuck to hold 3/8" shank forstner bits securely, this tool adds up to 8-1/2" of drilling depth so you can bore deeper, wider, and more accurate holes. Crafted from heavy-duty steel, this drill bit extension 3/8 shank is ideal for woodturners, furniture makers, and contractors alike. Use it on drill presses, lathes with a drill chuck installed (not included), or power drills to achieve flat-bottom holes and deep starter bores for larger vessels, pepper mills, salt shakers, or even cable runs through timbers. Engineered for precision, the collet inside diameter is tightly toleranced at 3/8" to ensure a secure fit.
