For optimal performance and longevity, follow recommended operating practices:
Tighten bolts diagonally and symmetrically within the 40–120 N·m torque range.
Keep sealing surfaces clean and undamaged before each assembly.
Never open the reactor under pressure; allow it to cool naturally to room temperature first.
Limit internal fill volume to 80% of capacity.
Control heating rates to ≤5 °C per minute and keep external heating temperatures at or below 200 °C.
