Application:
The wheel can be installed on bench grinder or motor, working with sanding sleeves, used for grinding and polishing metal, wood, plastics etc.
Zirconia mainly used for high-precision grinding and polishing of metal materials, especially suitable for processing high-hardness materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, etc.
Nylon non-woven mainly used for polishing and grinding metal and non-metal materials. It is suitable for surface treatment of precision parts such as stainless steel and aluminum products. It can remove oxide layers, burrs and welding residues, and perform fine texture processing to improve surface smoothness.
