The eqld3 accessory can be used on single pole breakers of the Siemens UL types QP, BL, BQ, and BQXD. The device allows the breaker to be locked in the "on" or "off" position and a padlock can be installed to ensure that the breaker is not tampered with. Even when locked in the "on" position, the breaker will trip in the conditions warrant it.
