This remake of Sam Peckinpah's action favorite stars Alec Baldwin as "Doc" McCoy, a slick thief married to partner Carol (Kim Basinger) who pacts with a sleazy crook (James Woods) to get sprung from jail. Doc agrees to participate in a heist at a dog track, but a series of double-crosses sends the couple on the lam from the law and his partners.
