  • Built-in single-axis controller (PR): PR (Position Register) supports single-axis motion control function, can be configured with 16-segment position table program, supports positioning, zero return, limit, emergency stop, JOG and other functions, which can save the upper controller The number of pulse output points simplifies the system design and greatly reduces the user's development cost.
  • Isolated RS485 bus: dual-port RJ45 connector, based on the standard Modbus RTU protocol, can support up to 31 axes of RS485 motion control network.
  • Smooth operation and anti-resonance: There are inherent resonance points in the stepping system. The DMRS series driver adopts an excellent anti-resonance algorithm to capture the characteristics of the resonance point, effectively avoid or suppress the resonance point, and improve the stability at low and medium speeds and high-speed torque output.
  • Abundant input and output interfaces: 7-channel digital input, which can be connected to input signals such as zero return, limit, emergency stop, trigger, etc.; 3-channel digital output, which can be configured with output signals such as brake and alarm.

Description

DMRS Series are stepper driver based on standard Modbus RTU protocol, using RS485 communication can network up to 31 axes. They built-in PR feature with 16-segment position table (PR Mode) can save additional controllers in most of point-to-point applications, to greatly enhance system reliability and reduce the cost. DMRS Series also support the feature of teaching, the operation modes of Profile Position, Profile Velocity and Homing. They can power 2-phase NEMA 8, 11, 14, 17, 23 and 24 stepper motors.
