This package includes 7 catheters – each catheter is a single-use, daily disposable product (one per day). If the patient requires more, additional purchases are necessary, priced at $65 for 10 catheters, or $180 for 30 catheters.
The pump only works when urine enters the catheter. If there is no urine in catheter, the pump will stay quiet.
Once urine comes in contact with the sensor of the catheter, the pump will start automatically. The pump will make a humming sound if it works.
The device is intended for non-invasive urine output management, for conditions where the female is bedridden or elderly and cannot make frequent trips to the restroom.
