90percent silk/10percent polyester resin bonded. Tuscany silk is made from a very fine, pure importer silk. It is then carded and resin bonded to help retard bearding (fiber Migration) and allowing it to handle like a Blanket. Quilt up to 4in apart. Silk quilts magnificently by hand or machine.
