Matters Needing Attention
1. The flowmeter shall not be used for organic solvents such as alcohol, gasoline and acetone.
2. The flowmeter must be installed vertically. The installation height should be convenient for reading the float. The sight should be horizontal. The uppermost end of the float (or the maximum diameter of the float) is the reading position
3. If the measured medium contains relatively granular impurities, a filter shall be installed in front of the flow inlet.
4. If the measured mass is a pulsating flow, which causes the float fluctuation to be unable to measure normally, it is recommended to install a buffer of appropriate size upstream of the flowmeter.
5. Try to use the best flow section of the flowmeter (generally 40-70% of the maximum flow)
