Description

The usage process of Plastic Weld Kit is very simple.Clean the damaged surface, choose a suitable heating repair staple according to the damaged location and place it in the tip of the heating tube(1) (interface design, can connect repair staples at various angle),keep the stapler perpendicular to the damaged surface,press and hold the switch button(3) for 3-4seconds until the staple is hot enough to weld,Then press the staple gently against the damaged surface,When the staple is half way into the plastic material stop pressing and release the switch button(3) ,Wait for a few seconds until the repair becomes firm.Once plastic has cooled and staple if fully secure , pull stapler pen gently back to release. if the damaged surface is very long or wide,insert extra pins, 1/2 inch apart,Cut off the pins with a side cutter,then grind the remains of the pin with a sander/grinder.
