If your toy/car is not charging, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The charger may not fit your device
Your battery may be broken. If your battery has been in use for more than 12 months or has been left unused for 2-3 months, it might be damaged
Troubleshooting Tips:
If the green light comes on when you plug in the charger and stays on when the toy/car is connected, it means that the charger may not be suitable for the device you are using, or the battery is exhausted and cannot be charged. You can use our charger with other devices to check its function, or use another charger to check the battery condition
If the green light is on when the charger is plugged in, but off when the toy/car is connected, it is because the toy/car has an internal short circuit causing the charger's self-protection function to fail. It is best to check the battery and replace it
