Gasket Identification Markings Required by ASME B16. 20 clearly Etched in all gaskets. These gaskets excel in the prevention of flange erosion, inward buckling and reduction of turbulent flow.
Installation Tip: Spiral Wound Gaskets with internal or external guide rings should be fully compressed to the guide ring. This will not damage the gasket or affect the sealing performance.
Installation Tip: Check that flange faces are clean and in good condition. Ensure correct bolting material is utilized to suit the operating conditions, and the use of bolt lubrication is employed.
