These are usually standalone models without drive, where the interest lies more in a high degree of detail than in robustness or function, but which can also be played with to a limited extent. Predominantly kits made from prefabricated parts are used here. It's rare to find construction sets made from deep-drawn shapes (vacuum building kits) and pure resin construction sets.
