Description

This tool is an alternative to OEM 9998267. When using the guide sleeves for timing the gear plate you will need to install two guides in the guide holes. Remove the bolts (1-18) that hold the plate to the cylinder block. Carefully tap the plate free. The tools are used to replace or repair components. Frequently used with 9998601 9998389. If you don't use the tools, it might cause the gear cover to leak oil. Used on truck engines model D12, D12A, D12B and D12C.
