HGM9320CAN Realize The Automatic Start/Stop Data Measurement Alarm Protection And "Three Remote" Functions
DESCRIPTION:
HGM93XXMPU(CAN) series generator set controllers are used in the automation and monitoring system of a single diesel generator set to realize automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and "three remote" functions of the generator set. The controller adopts a large-screen liquid crystal () graphic display, which can display Chinese, English and other languages, with simple operation and reliable operation.
The HGM93XXMPU(CAN) series generator set controller adopts 32-bit microprocessor technology, which realizes the functions of precise measurement, fixed value adjustment, and threshold setting of various parameters. Most parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller. The parameters can be adjusted by a PC through the USB interface, and can be adjusted and monitored by a PC through RS485. It has compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability, and can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.
Performance and Features
HGM9310MPU(CAN): used for stand-alone automation, control the generator set to start and stop automatically through the remote start-up signal;
HGM9320MPU(CAN): On the basis of HGM9310MPU(CAN), mains power monitoring and mains/generator automatic switching control function (AMF) are added, especially suitable for a single-machine automation system composed of one mains and one unit.

Using 32-bit ARM single-chip microcomputer, the hardware integration is high, and the reliability is further improved;
The liquid crystal display is 480x272 TFT with backlight, and the interface operation is optional in Chinese, English and other languages, and can be selected on site, which is convenient for debugging personnel to test the machine;
The screen protection is made of hard screen acrylic material, which has better wear resistance and scratch resistance;
Silicone panel and buttons are used to adapt to the high and low temperature of the environment;
With RS485 communication interface, the "three remote" function can be realized by using MODBUS protocol; (a controller with RS485 interface is required);
With SMS function, when the generator set has an alarm, it can automatically send alarm information to the set 5 telephone numbers, and can also control the generator set and check the generator set status through text messages; (a controller with a GSM interface is required);
With CAN BUS interface, it can be connected to EFI with J1939. It can not only monitor common data of EFI (such as water temperature, oil pressure, speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also control startup, shutdown and acceleration through CANBUS interface and deceleration, etc. (a controller with CAN BUS interface is required);
Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120/240V) power supply 50/60Hz system;
Collect and display mains/generating three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, and power parameters;
Mains has the functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, phase loss, and reverse phase sequence. Phase sequence function;
Three fixed analog sensors (temperature, oil pressure, fuel level);
